Since 2013, I’ve brewed a one-time speciality beer for the Christmas holiday. These brews are produced in limited quantities and are often bottled in larger sizes and with unique labels.

The Firebird Series is a small batch project to test combinations of ingredients for use in larger scale brews in the future.

A special collaboration series with Brian Vazquez. We are working on creating a unique beer for each film in the Star Wars saga in the order they were released in theatres. Each beer will have characteristics that relate to a particular aspect of the film it pairs with.
