The Firebird Series is a small batch project to test combinations of ingredients for use in larger scale brews in the future. This second beer in the series is a partial mash brew with a first wort hopping of Warrior hops, followed by a whirlpool hop addition of Mosaic and Citra, and finished with a dry hop with more Mosaic and Citra.
